Professor Fun Night - May 17th from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Join us for a sciensational wacky good time at our VBS fundraiser -- Professor Fun Night!  Enjoy Wacky Wilma's Cafe for a bit to eat, explore the science station experiments, play some games (you might even get to slime Pastors Mike and Scott) and stay for a movie and popcorn.  This fundraiser is one way we are able to offer VBS to all children without the need for a registration fee.  We will have VBS music, toys, etc. available for purchase and will be accepting donations towards the funding of our VBS program. 

Spring Mission Trip

We have scheduled the mission for May 23-31. We will be working with North Shore Disaster Recovery to rebuild homes whose owners' were resident at the time of Katrina. We will travel by van, sleep in a church basement, cook our own food, work hard, have daily devotions, worship together, and enjoy new friendships. See brochure on the information table. Summer Camp

Summer Camp is an excellent opportunity for personal growth this summer.  Camp is a safe place to learn, worship, make friends and take a step of independence. The camps we promote have solid Biblical values and mature leadership. Last summer we sponsored about 20 children and youth from Friendship church (There were about 4 more who registered after the camps were full.)  This year again we will support participation by granting a $100 “campership” per student. You can download the Campership application through the Download page. Check out the options of Traditional theme camps, special interest camps, and Sports camps. Ministry Stickers Needed

When you shop at Family Christian Bookstore remember to ask for Ministry Builder Stickers and then turn them into the Promiseland Registration table. Promiseland uses them as cash to purchase curriculum and supplies for Promiseland and VBS.
