Mike is the founding pastor of Friendship Church. He has been married to Sue for 26 years. Together they have 4 children; Leah, a teaching assistant and grad student at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Ga. Taylor, his wife Amanda, and daughter Ellie live in Longview Texas. Austin a student at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Mi. And Jordan who is in High School in Canton. Mike's family came to Canton in the summer of 1997 - the first 6 people of Friendship Church. Before that Mike was the Senior Pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church in Sebewaing, Mi. Before that, Mike was the founding pastor of the Heritage United Methodist church in Snover, Michigan.
On Playlist -- www.home.fm a great mix of middle of the road contemporary Christian and morally sensitive secular music.
Hobby -- Welding. I love the feel of cold steel in the morning.

Good Books -- The Five Love Languages, Gary Chapman (I learned more about myself, Sue and our kids from this than any other single book)
