What To Expect
Attending a church for the first time is a big deal.We want your visit to be a great experience!
Here are some things that might help lower any
anxiety you might have:
Come as you are. Casual is what we're all about!
- Our services are at 9:00am and 10:45am.
- We are easy to find: 1240 N. Beck Rd., Canton, MI 48187, at the corner of Beck and Saltz Roads. There are entrances on both Beck and Saltz.
- Register the kids. We ask you to sign-in children ages nursery to 5th grade because we want to give your kids personal attention and assure their safety. Nursery through 5th grades have engaging, fun programs during the service, just pick them up when you are ready. Of course, babies and kids are always welcome in our Sunday service, and parents are welcome to visit the children's classes. Our middle and high school youth begin the service with the adults and then leave to their group meeting. Youth are welcome in the adult service every week too.
- Help yourself to a beverage and a snack. Feel free to bring it into service with you.
- Our music style is pop, contemporary, pushing toward classic rock. Sing along or just listen.
- Relax. You aren't going to be singled out or asked to do anything you aren't ready for. We like to use funny drama sketches and movie clips to help focus on the relevance of the theme for the day.
- The message will be delivered in about 30 minutes and the key points will be projected on a big screen.
- The offering is voluntary. There is no pressure. We suggest you visit a few times before you decide if this is where you want to give back to God.
The service is planned for 65 to 75 minutes and we're confident you will consider it an hour well spent!
